Individual and Group Training Sessions
CAI often hosts training sessions on all its available products. Sessions held at the CAI offices on Long Island or at individual agency locations throughout New York State. Sessions cover such issues as product information, proper enrollment guidelines and procedures, group presentations and group product selection. Client Presentations and Large Group Assistance
Your clients may have specific needs to address or require special attention. Our Agent Services staff is available to assist in complicated or large group situations. They often provide that extra support needed to answer plan-specific inquiries or tough billing and administrative questions.

Agent Services Department
Agents are invited to take advantage of our Agent Services department. Several full-time representatives are available during office hours to answer your questions, offer advice, and assist or provide quotes. Our Agent Services representatives have a minimum of 5 years experience in the insurance industry and can be a valuable resource for you.
